NUTRITION is a cooker converted to a MIDI controlled sound system. The cooker as a serial product is being taken out of its context and presented as something it is not meant for. The cooking plates have been replaced with speakers and the knobs are connected to a converter that turns current into MIDI signals. This allows the spectator to interact with the work by turning the knobs and thereby manipulating the sounds.
